A Spiritual Direction Ministry
Welcome! Spiritual Direction is a ministry of deep listening, presence, and sacred companionship. As a spiritual director, my desire is to help you notice the “patches of Godlight” in your life—those moments that remind you God is real, near, and lovingly present.
This journey is not about fixing or solving, but about slowing down together to attend to the quiet movement of the Spirit. We may use silence, prayer, Scripture, and even poetry, as we listen for God’s invitations—both in joy and in struggle.
My role is to hold space for you: a space of grace, trust, and gentle curiosity. A space where you can feel deeply seen, accepted, and accompanied. It would be a sacred privilege to walk alongside you.

Who is Spiritual Direction For?
Anyone, regardless of age or nationality or creed, is welcome. Whether you’re grieving or celebrating, questioning or sure,
you are welcome.
How does it work?
We would begin with a free 15 minute introductory meeting via Zoom, giving you the opportunity to get to know me and discern whether I’m a good fit for your journey. This initial conversation is also a space for you to ask any questions you may have. Ongoing sessions are typically held over Zoom, though in-person meetings are available for those in the Milton area.

$60 /session (hour long)
